Go Weh Yaza is my late Grandmother’s traditional name and means “a lake, pond or body of pure water”. My Grandmother Mary Analla worked more than 40 years in the food service industry and with the vision of carrying on her legacy, I am honored to pay tribute to her legacy by creating Go Weh Yaza.

The new alliance allows the new team a segway to new markets in Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Military, Government and Corrections; in addition to Buy-Indian and Small Business contract set-aside designations solicited by all Federal Government Agencies throughout the United States and abroad.

Hello, I'm Michael D. Peacock , CEO & President of Go Weh Yaza, LLC . My entire business life has been dedicated to serving American Indian & Minority-owned businesses. My passion is to be an inspiration, role model and mentor to assist our local communities in building self-sufficiency and empowerment. Mr. Peacock is an enrolled tribal member of the Pueblo of Laguna (New Mexico) and possesses a B.B.A. Degree from the College of Santa Fe with concentrations in Accounting and Business Management. He is also a 2008 Graduate of Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth – Building a High-Performing Minority Business – Minority Business Development Agency Partnership Program.
Mr. Peacock possesses over 29 years of experience in providing comprehensive business, community, and economic development services to individuals, businesses, organizations and tribes throughout New Mexico and the United States through his past and current affiliations with the New Mexico Native American Business Development Center and the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development – Native American Business Consultant Program, Management Consulting Services Program and Marketing & Procurement Services Program.
Hello, I'm Deborah LePera, Vice President of Go Weh Yaza. I had the good fortune to start my Food Service Management Company, Acorn Food Services Thirty (30) Years ago.
From a modest beginning in October 1990, Acorn Services, Inc. now proudly serves 100,000 meals a month at contracts located in Nine (9) different states including Montana, Tennessee, Alabama New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, California, and Hawaii.
I want to take this opportunity to highlight that we currently manage multiple Federal Government and many State Food Service contracts and we also supply daily Registered Dietitian support to our contracts as needed.
Mr. LePera's main functions are to oversee all the day-to-day operations of the organization in providing consistent management direction to the field operations management team. Mr. LePera possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA and has over twenty years of experience with regional and national management companies, qualify him as a valuable management asset.
Rick’s professional experience, of over twenty years, has successfully advanced through various key field operational responsibilities with both regional and national food management companies. His professional expertise includes college and university, and business dinning services. As Director of Operations, Rick will coordinate all corporate field operations programs, control standards and financial accountability as implemented by the unit operations personnel in support of Go Weh Yaza, LLC commitment to it’s clients and customers.
As Corporate Controller, Ty is responsible to over-see all corporate resource services of Human Resources, Account’s Payable and Receivables and to provide field operations support for all related reporting systems and procedures. In addition, preparation of all monthly operating statements, tax and payroll reports and the coordination of all services provided by the LLC's external auditing firm. Ty’s professional background includes several past positions as Controller at several service companies. He is the recipient of a Masters Degree from St. Joseph's University.
